What you'll do

As a Lead Process Engineer at Crusoe, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing production processes that enhance efficiency and sustainability. You will lead the interpretation and translation of complex mechanical and electrical engineering design documentation, including fabrication drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Your role will involve guiding the team in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in production data migration, translating design engineering documentation into production-specific information.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to drive meaningful innovation and contribute to the company's mission of accelerating the abundance of energy and intelligence. Your hands-on technical skills will be key in optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring that the production environment aligns with the company's sustainability goals.
