What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives focused on the qualification of new tooling and established molding process parameters. You will spearhead standardization efforts for molding process limits through rigorous data analysis, aiming to minimize defective products and enhance production efficiency. Your responsibilities will include conducting process improvement initiatives that leverage scientific injection molding principles to drive quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape new product launch processes, ensuring that all aspects of production align with Shapeways' commitment to quality.
