What you'll do
As the Area Schedule Lead, you will take charge of scheduling for a portfolio of Data Center projects that are crucial to Meta's operations. You will act as a subject matter expert in schedule management, overseeing all aspects of schedule reporting and health. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Delivery Team and Project Controls Lead to forecast potential risks and issues, ensuring that schedule change management processes are efficient and effective. You will be responsible for enabling commercial accountability and managing schedule health reporting and escalation. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you assess project timelines and make recommendations for improvements. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of accountability and transparency within the team, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines. Your leadership will be essential in driving the success of these projects, making a significant impact on Meta's data center operations.
