You have a proven track record in project management, particularly in overseeing teams and managing schedules effectively. Your leadership skills shine in collaborative environments, where you can communicate clearly and organize complex tasks efficiently. Your experience in the design, engineering, and construction sectors equips you with the knowledge to navigate the intricacies of project scheduling.

You understand the importance of working closely with various departments, including Site Project Management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing, and Operations Engineering. Your ability to foster relationships across these teams is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the overall project goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the Contingent Workforce of Project Schedulers, ensuring that all scheduling activities align with project timelines and objectives. You will collaborate with the DEC Business Controls team to implement best practices in project scheduling and management. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary information and resources, facilitating communication between teams, and providing updates on project progress.

You will also be responsible for analyzing project schedules, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating project performance and making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency. You will lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss project timelines, deliverables, and any challenges that may arise, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
