What you'll do
As the Sales Development Manager at Cresta, you will lead a team of 6+ Sales Development Representatives, focusing on creatively prospecting into key accounts. You will take full ownership of pipeline targets, setting ambitious goals and working closely with your team to achieve them. Your role will involve regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and fostering a culture of creativity and growth within your team. You will collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align strategies and drive customer engagement. Additionally, you will analyze data to track team performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that your team is always operating at its best.
