What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the recruitment strategy for Crusoe's Finance and Strategic Finance functions, acting as a key partner to hiring managers. You will conduct market mapping and compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive offers. Your day-to-day will involve high-touch sourcing, where you proactively identify and engage passive candidates, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to bypass typical recruiting noise. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to final negotiations, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will also collaborate closely with the leadership team to refine recruitment strategies and improve processes, contributing to the overall growth and success of Crusoe. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of the finance team, as you identify and attract the talent that will drive innovation and impact within the organization.
