Your ability to assess new systems and lead pilots or rollouts ensures that business needs are met and that user adoption is seamless. You are also knowledgeable about AI-driven recruitment solutions, which allows you to evaluate and implement innovative technologies in the hiring process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with recruiting leaders and business partners to enhance how talent systems support strategic and operational objectives across sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring. You will develop training programs for recruiting systems, conduct onboarding for new users, and create documentation to drive user adoption for new features. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing new systems or enhancements, leading pilots or rollouts, and ensuring alignment with business needs.

You will act as a subject matter expert for AI-driven recruitment solutions, evaluating, implementing, and maintaining these systems to improve internal equity and alignment with market data. Your contributions will play a significant role in supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and integration across teams. You will drive meaningful innovation and make a tangible impact on Crusoe's recruiting function, contributing to the company's mission of accelerating the abundance of energy and intelligence.
