Overview
Hightouch is seeking a Revenue Enablement Onboarding Program Manager to design and implement onboarding experiences for new sales talent. You'll work closely with sales leadership to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one. This role requires 4-6+ years of experience in sales enablement or related fields.

Who you are
You have 4-6+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales management, ideally within high-growth organizations. You understand the nuances of ramping new sales talent and have a proven track record of designing effective onboarding programs that drive performance. Your strong communication skills enable you to coach new hires effectively, ensuring they feel supported and empowered from their first day.
You are data-driven and can establish clear ramp KPIs to measure the success of onboarding initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales leadership to iterate on training programs based on feedback and performance metrics. Your growth mindset allows you to continuously seek improvement in processes and outcomes, making you a valuable asset to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy and delivery of onboarding experiences for new sales hires at Hightouch. You will design and implement in-person onboarding bootcamps that equip new sellers with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. You will build scalable coaching frameworks that can be adapted as the team grows, ensuring that every new hire receives consistent and effective training.
You will partner closely with sales leadership to establish clear ramp KPIs and measure what great looks like in terms of onboarding success. Your responsibilities will include personally coaching new hires, providing them with the tools and resources they need to excel in their roles. You will also gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the onboarding experience, making adjustments based on what works best for the team.
What we offer
Hightouch offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 per year, along with meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options.
