Crusoe is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Recruiting Enablement to lead the development and optimization of hiring programs. You'll work closely with recruiting leaders to enhance talent systems and improve candidate experiences. This role requires strategic thinking and execution skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, particularly in recruiting enablement, with a focus on strategic execution and optimization. Your experience includes developing and implementing hiring programs that enhance candidate experiences and support organizational objectives. You are adept at collaborating with recruiting leaders and business partners to identify opportunities for improvement in talent systems. Your ability to assess new systems and lead pilots or rollouts ensures alignment with business needs. You are a subject matter expert in AI-driven recruitment solutions, evaluating and implementing innovative technologies to enhance recruitment processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with recruiting leaders to identify opportunities for enhancing talent systems that support strategic and operational objectives across sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring. You will develop training for recruiting systems, conduct onboarding for new users, and create documentation to drive user adoption of new features. Your responsibilities will also include assessing new systems or enhancements, leading pilots or rollouts, and ensuring alignment with business needs. You will play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and integration across teams. Your expertise in AI-driven recruitment solutions will be instrumental in evaluating, implementing, and maintaining these systems to improve internal equity and alignment with market data.
