You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in cloud storage solutions — you've led engineering efforts and collaborated with cross-functional teams to define and execute features on the roadmap. Your expertise in cloud storage primitives and advanced storage engineering concepts allows you to build and operate high-performance, scalable, and reliable storage solutions.

You possess strong software development skills, including writing and reviewing code, and generating design documentation — you are comfortable participating in qualifications and rollouts of software across the stack, from bare metal to user-facing APIs. Your technical leadership experience enables you to guide engineering teams through architecture decisions, design processes, and implementation tasks.

You are passionate about mentoring and growing engineers on your team, fostering an environment of teamwork and continuous learning — you understand the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing in achieving team success.

Desirable
