What you'll do

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the development and execution of Crusoe's cloud storage strategy — defining the roadmap and aligning it with overall business objectives. You will serve as the engineering lead for the Cloud Storage team, collaborating with technology and engineering leadership to implement long-term strategic goals.

You will guide engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle — providing technical leadership and mentorship to your team, ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture, design, and implementation. Your role will involve optimizing storage infrastructure solutions in collaboration with the infrastructure organization, driving performance improvements and innovation.
