Who you are

You have a strong background in systems integration, with experience in electrical, thermal, mechanical, and networking systems — you've successfully led projects that required a deep understanding of how these systems converge to support high-density compute requirements. Your expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, allows you to design and implement scalable solutions that meet the demands of modern AI workloads.

You are proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes — you understand how to deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment, ensuring they are resilient and efficient. Your programming skills in Python enable you to automate processes and enhance system performance, while your familiarity with Linux systems ensures you can navigate and optimize the underlying infrastructure.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the technical bridge between Crusoe's physical Spark modular data center and the AI compute systems that run within it — your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each Spark unit is perfectly synchronized and ready for demanding AI workloads. You will collaborate closely with electrical engineers to refine power architecture and internal distribution, ensuring compatibility with grid-scale systems.

You will lead the integration of various systems, focusing on achieving seamless convergence between physical and digital components — this includes overseeing the installation and configuration of high-performance networking and power systems. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and optimizing system performance, ensuring that all components work together efficiently.
