What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Technical Program Management, you will lead the charge in defining the vision and strategy for the TPM function at Crusoe. You will partner with Product and Business leadership to translate long-term objectives into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring clear alignment between engineering output and company strategy. Your role will involve building and mentoring a world-class TPM organization from the ground up, focusing on creating a culture of accountability and excellence.

You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple technical initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate communication and coordination to drive project success.
