What you'll do

In this role, you will drive execution at scale, orchestrating multiple complex programs across 60+ engineers, researchers, and product teams. You will ensure that all initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic goals and that customer needs are integrated into technical priorities. Your responsibilities will include building and mentoring a high-performing TPM team, creating scalable systems for visibility, prioritization, and communication.

You will serve as a strategic partner at the leadership table, providing clarity and fostering accountability across teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with program execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
