Crusoe is hiring a Technical Project Manager to oversee the deployment lifecycle of their Spark units. You'll manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations while ensuring site readiness. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional coordination.

Who you are
You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in technical deployments and infrastructure projects. You understand the complexities of managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your proactive approach to risk mitigation allows you to identify potential bottlenecks and develop contingency plans to maintain project velocity. You are comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project goals.
Desirable
Experience in the energy or AI sectors would be a plus, as well as familiarity with modular infrastructure projects. You thrive in environments where innovation is key, and you are excited about contributing to sustainable technology solutions. What you'll do
As a Technical Project Manager at Crusoe, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Spark deployments, from the moment a unit leaves the factory to when it is available to customers in the field. You will manage the project schedule, budget, and resource allocation for specific deployments, ensuring that all aspects of the project are coordinated effectively. Your role will involve overseeing site readiness, coordinating site preparation, permitting, and utility interconnection timelines to ensure that sites are ready upon arrival of the Sparks.
