Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in HubSpot and RevOps, with expertise in workflows, routing, and reporting — you've successfully audited and optimized CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency. Your hands-on experience with AI and automation tools like Clay, Ocean, and Zapier/Make allows you to design and implement effective outbound flows that drive growth.
You think in systems and can ship MVPs quickly — your ability to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and build lead pipelines demonstrates your strategic mindset. You understand the nuances of outbound marketing, including messaging and list hygiene, which enables you to create effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
You communicate clearly and enjoy collaboration — your interpersonal skills help you partner effectively with Sales and Growth teams to refine outbound plays and improve pipeline health. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to scale go-to-market systems at a rapidly growing company.
Desirable
Experience with data-driven decision-making and a passion for the crypto economy would be a plus. Familiarity with additional automation tools and AI-driven enrichment techniques can further enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the HubSpot CRM, auditing and optimizing its data, workflows, and reporting capabilities. You'll design outbound flows using Clay and Ocean, leveraging AI-driven enrichment to enhance lead generation efforts. Your responsibilities will include defining ICPs, building lead pipelines, and enforcing attribution standards to ensure accurate tracking of marketing efforts.
You will create dashboards to monitor pipeline health and ROI, providing insights that drive strategic decisions. Collaborating closely with Sales and Growth teams, you will run and refine outbound plays, ensuring that the company's go-to-market strategies are effective and aligned with business objectives.
Your work will directly impact the company's growth trajectory, as you will see your efforts translate into improved pipeline and revenue. You will play a central role in scaling GTM systems, contributing to the overall success of Cryptio as it continues to innovate in the crypto economy.
