Overview
Causaly is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to build and evolve their AI-native go-to-market engine. You'll work with HubSpot and other tools to support revenue teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and innovate.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a highly proactive and technically curious individual, eager to dive into the world of go-to-market strategies. You thrive in environments where you can experiment and automate processes, and you are excited about the opportunity to wire together tools, data, and workflows that directly support revenue teams. You are comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by shipping improvements quickly rather than designing perfect systems upfront. Your experience with HubSpot will serve as a foundation, but you are ready to expand your skills across enrichment, outbound automation, AI tooling, and the broader GTM technology stack.
What you'll do
In this role, you will build and own GTM systems, starting with HubSpot and evolving into a more comprehensive technology stack. You will collaborate closely with revenue teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that enhance their workflows. Your responsibilities will include automating processes, integrating various tools, and ensuring that the systems you create are efficient and effective. You will also be tasked with experimenting with new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve the go-to-market engine at Causaly. Your contributions will directly impact the company's ability to accelerate knowledge acquisition and improve decision-making in the biopharma sector.
What we offer
Causaly offers a dynamic work environment where innovation is encouraged. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's largest biopharma companies and institutions, tackling significant health challenges. The company is backed by top venture capital firms, providing a solid foundation for growth and development. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and creativity, and you will have the chance to learn from experienced professionals in the field. Causaly is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, welcoming applications from all backgrounds.
