Overview
G2i Inc. is seeking a Founding GTM Leader to build and own their strategic revenue motion. This senior, hands-on role requires a consultative, technical revenue operator comfortable in ambiguous environments. Competitive compensation includes a base of $150k plus variable earnings.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a consultative, technical revenue operator who can credibly engage with AI researchers and engineering leaders, as well as enterprise innovation teams. You thrive in 0→1 environments and enjoy shaping positioning and narratives while selling alongside engineers. You are comfortable selling managed services, human-in-the-loop data workflows, and early-stage SaaS or platform products, often at the same time within the same account. You sell outcomes, not bodies or feature lists, and you are excited about the opportunity to define the product and shape how AI labs and enterprises build agentic systems.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and build the strategic revenue motion for G2i, working closely with the founders and executive team. You will engage with various stakeholders, including procurement, security, and legal teams, to close real enterprise deals. Your responsibilities will include defining the product offering, shaping the sales narrative, and collaborating with engineers to ensure that the solutions meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing G2i's presence in the market, all while navigating the complexities of a startup environment.

G2i offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $150k and a variable component that can bring total earnings to $300k or more, with meaningful upside potential.
