Your coaching skills are exceptional, allowing you to develop Service Representatives and Specialists effectively. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at resolving escalations to maintain service quality.

You understand the importance of real-time queue coverage and are committed to delivering reliable customer outcomes. Your leadership style emphasizes support and accountability, ensuring that your team consistently meets high performance standards. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance service delivery.

What you'll do

As the Supervisor of Service Operations at Curri, you will lead the frontline service execution, focusing on coaching and developing your team.
