Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in claims management or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to investigate incidents and ensure fair outcomes. Your communication skills allow you to effectively interact with peers, customers, and third parties, gathering necessary information to resolve claims efficiently. You are detail-oriented and focused on mitigating claim expenses through proactive investigation while adhering to company policies. You understand the importance of customer experience and satisfaction in the claims process, and you are committed to continuous improvement by identifying trends and opportunities to reduce future losses.
What you'll do
As a Claims Specialist at Curri, you will play a key role in administering transportation-related claims from initial notice through resolution. You will investigate incidents submitted by both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes. Regular interaction with peers, customers, carrier owners, drivers, and third parties will be essential as you gather information and communicate claim status. You will focus on mitigating claim expenses through proactive investigation and will be evaluated based on customer experience and satisfaction metrics, as well as the financial value of claims that are mitigated or recovered. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends and opportunities to reduce future losses.
