Who you are
You have a background in risk management or insurance, ideally with experience in evaluating and quantifying product liability and related risks. Your analytical skills allow you to assess complex situations and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, public policy, and safety experts, to navigate the unique challenges posed by autonomous driving technology.
You understand the importance of building appropriate risk and insurance frameworks to protect users and the company. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ensures that you can advocate for necessary changes and improvements in risk management practices. You are proactive in identifying emerging risks and trends in the insurance landscape, allowing you to stay ahead of potential challenges.
Desirable
Experience in the automotive or technology sectors is a plus, as it provides you with a deeper understanding of the unique risks associated with autonomous vehicles. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to evaluate risk factors effectively. What you'll do

This includes evaluating product liability, auto, cyber, and related risks to ensure comprehensive coverage. What we offer
Waymo provides a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $157,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
