What you'll do
As a Product Support Analyst at Cutover, you will be responsible for day-to-day support of our clients, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance with any issues they encounter. You will act as the customer advocate, resolving technical problems and answering usage questions while presenting workarounds when necessary. Your role will involve collaborating closely with other team members to maintain high standards of customer care during a key team member's maternity leave. You will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of our support processes, helping to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.
