Who you are
You are a highly motivated individual eager to join Cyberhaven as a Technical Support Engineer. You possess a strong curiosity about technology and a drive to delight customers. As a problem solver, you take personal ownership of issues, seeing them through to resolution or escalating them as necessary. You are comfortable engaging with security and customer operation teams, demonstrating technical depth and a client-obsessed mindset. Ideally, you have experience with SaaS-based security products and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide well-thought-out and reliable directions in both technical and non-technical terms to help customers solve reported issues. You will take ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and resolving or escalating issues as needed. Building excellent rapport with backline engineers will be crucial as you collaborate on solving complex problems. You will also identify and escalate priority issues that require immediate attention, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
