Who you are
You are a highly motivated individual eager to join Cyberhaven as a Technical Support Engineer. With a passion for technology, you thrive on solving problems and delighting customers. You take personal ownership of issues, ensuring they are resolved or escalated appropriately. Your curiosity drives you to become an expert on Cyberhavenβs AI Data Security platform, understanding its interactions with various endpoints and how it helps customers mitigate data loss threats. You are comfortable communicating with security and customer operation teams, demonstrating your technical depth and client obsession. Ideally, you have experience with SaaS-based security products and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide reliable directions in both technical and non-technical terms to assist customers in resolving reported issues. You will take ownership of customer issues, conducting initial troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and either resolving them or escalating them as necessary. You will also identify and escalate priority issues that require immediate attention, ensuring that customers receive timely support. Building excellent rapport with backline engineers will be crucial as you collaborate on solving complex problems. Your role will involve guiding customers on the proper use of our platform, ensuring they maximize its potential to protect their valuable information.
