Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in Linux systems, with hands-on experience in managing and deploying software stacks. Your technical expertise allows you to troubleshoot issues effectively, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with their drone systems. You are comfortable working in a customer-facing role, providing support both remotely and in-person, and you are willing to travel about 33% of the time to meet client needs.
You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about technology, particularly in the field of drones and autonomous systems. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users makes you an invaluable asset to the Customer Success team. You are resourceful and proactive, always looking for ways to enhance customer satisfaction and drive value through technical validation processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with the installation and management of their drone docking stations, particularly in private or secure networks. You will guide customers through the onboarding process, helping them learn to operate their drones effectively and integrate the software stack with their existing systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, ensuring that customers feel supported and confident in using their new technology.
You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to drive value for clients, participating in technical validation processes that win over potential customers. Your expertise will help shape the customer experience, as you provide world-class onboarding and ongoing support. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of best practices and resources that enhance the overall customer experience with Skydio's products.
