You have multiple years of professional software development experience, particularly in frontend development, and a strong passion for creating user-friendly applications. Your expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript is complemented by a deep understanding of React and React Native, allowing you to build high-quality applications that enhance user experience. You are familiar with HTML and CSS, and you stay current with the latest trends in mobile and web frameworks. Your ability to lead frontend technical discussions and decisions is a key asset, and you are committed to delivering robust, enterprise-level solutions.
Desirable
Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) is a plus, as it can enhance the performance and SEO of the applications you develop. You are eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications not only meet technical requirements but also provide a seamless user experience.
What you'll do
As a Frontend Engineer II at DailyPay, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the mobile and web applications that allow users to access their earned wages before payday. You will work closely with the App services team to design and implement features that improve financial literacy and user engagement. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met. You will also engage in technical discussions to drive the frontend architecture and make decisions that align with the company's goals.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall user experience by collaborating with designers and product managers to create intuitive interfaces. Your work will directly impact how users interact with their finances, making it essential to understand user needs and behaviors. You will be expected to stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and best practices, continuously improving your skills and the applications you develop.
