Job Description
Who you are
You have 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment, ideally with a focus on cold calling and engaging small to medium-sized business targets. You are comfortable being the first point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects, and you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting where you can make a significant impact. Your ability to handle objections and effectively pitch value propositions is key to your success. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless client handoffs and contribute to building a new sales function from the ground up.
What you'll do
In this role, you will generate new business through various outbound channels, including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics. You will track your sales activity using Salesforce and continuously seek to improve your processes. Your primary responsibility will be to pitch the Dandy value proposition to prospects, handle objections, and guide them through the sales funnel. You will also contribute ideas to shape the SP BDR function, providing valuable feedback that will influence processes, tools, and strategy as the team grows. Your role will be crucial in establishing a strong foundation for Dandy's sales efforts as the company expands its reach globally.
