Dandy is seeking a Dental Training Team Lead to supervise and elevate the performance of frontline Trainers during customer onboarding. This role requires leadership, coaching, and process optimization skills.

You are a proactive, data-driven leader with a strong background in team management and customer success. Your experience includes supervising and coaching teams, ensuring exceptional onboarding experiences for customers, and implementing quality assurance strategies to drive continuous improvement. You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable providing feedback and performance reviews to team members. You understand the importance of fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture, and you are dedicated to the professional growth of your colleagues.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Trainers responsible for delivering exceptional onboarding experiences to customers. You will supervise and coach your team, hosting regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback and review performance metrics. You will build and implement a Quality Assurance strategy to audit performance, provide actionable feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process and addressing any challenges that arise during customer training. You will be expected to travel up to 50% for in-practice learning and Trainer support, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet customer needs effectively.
