What you'll do

As the Retail Team Lead at Thuma, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience in our West Hollywood location. You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement strategies that drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include training and mentoring retail associates, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to provide exceptional service. You will also be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency within the store, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring that visual merchandising standards are upheld.
