You have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership skills shine as you support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent. You foster a culture of communication and teamwork, ensuring that operational, visual, and customer priorities are seamlessly balanced. You are committed to cultivating an environment of genuine customer connection, demonstrating extraordinary service, and acting as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values.

You understand the importance of team development and are skilled in administering performance appraisals, setting goals, and conducting consistent touch-bases with your direct reports. Your attention to detail ensures that high-quality product services are delivered, enhancing the overall customer experience. You are familiar with omni-channel business practices and implement processes that better service the customer.

What you'll do

As a Team Lead at Tecovas, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. You will lead by example, creating a positive service environment that energizes both your team and customers. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the sharing of product knowledge among team members and upholding stock-to-sales processes and presentation standards. You will also be involved in curating a compelling in-store experience that resonates with first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts alike.

You will work closely with your team to ensure that customer service is prioritized and that every interaction reflects the company's values. Your leadership will help to create a culture of teamwork and communication, which is essential for achieving store goals.
