What you'll do

In this role, you will develop the global strategy for Dandy's fulfillment capabilities as the company expands into new international markets. You will assess the feasibility of building internal operations versus partnering with third-party logistics providers, ensuring that the fulfillment network aligns with the company's growth objectives. You will lead the execution of these strategies, overseeing the implementation of new operations and ensuring they meet the company's standards for efficiency and reliability.

You will be responsible for defining key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of fulfillment operations, making data-driven decisions to optimize processes. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams, including supply chain, technology, and customer service, to ensure a seamless fulfillment experience for customers.
