You have over 8 years of experience managing operations or production, ideally in the FMCG sector. Your expertise includes consistently tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement across cost, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to mentor and develop your team for career progression while managing external stakeholders effectively.

You are adept at balancing competing priorities and managing conflicting interests to achieve operational and business objectives. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute multi-year plans, including potential expansions of production sites. You thrive in environments that require collaboration with international teams to drive standardization and operational consistency.

What you'll do

As the Senior Fulfilment Manager, you will take full operational ownership of the production site, leading both the warehouse and planning teams. You will manage our 3PL partner and ensure that the site runs efficiently, safely, and within budget. Your primary focus will be on daily performance metrics and long-term strategic development, including potential future expansions of the facility.

You will drive operational performance by achieving key KPIs such as efficiency and error rates, with full accountability for labor, equipment, and continuous improvement budgets. Collaborating closely with international sites, you will share best practices and ensure operational consistency across locations. Your role will also involve mentoring and training your team, fostering an environment of growth and development.
