What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of technical initiatives within the Security, Technology Enablement & Platform Services (STEPS) organization — you will work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams through the complexities of project execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.
You will be responsible for driving innovation in cybersecurity and technology infrastructure, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency — your expertise will be crucial in managing the delivery of complex projects that have a direct impact on the organization's success. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What we offer
