Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience managing technical programs for software teams, particularly in platform, devtools, infrastructure, or product. Your strong technical background allows you to effectively partner with engineering and product teams to define program scope, milestones, success metrics, and delivery plans. You excel at creating clear documentation, including PRDs, tech briefs, RACI, roadmaps, and release plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
You are adept at running program rituals such as planning sessions, standups, risk reviews, and retrospectives. Your role will involve driving launch readiness, including QA plans, rollout strategies, and incident response coordination.
You will improve systems of delivery by enhancing estimation processes, throughput tracking, and release hygiene.
