What you'll do
As an Associate Recruiter at Darkroom, you will support the recruiting team in identifying and attracting top talent across various functions including Creative, Paid Media, and Social Commerce. You will assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers. You will contribute to building a diverse and inclusive workforce by engaging with candidates from various backgrounds and experiences.
