What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process, which includes developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract candidates. You will post job ads, attend events, and screen candidates to identify the best fits for Nintex. Your responsibilities will also involve organizing interviews, negotiating offers, and assessing talent using market intelligence. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
