You are an entry-level recruiter with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities. You embrace an inclusive hiring strategy, actively seeking candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensuring a bias-free process. You are comfortable using data to guide your decisions and improve recruitment practices. You have a collaborative spirit, working closely with Talent Operators and Recruitment Marketers to enhance the candidate experience. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that data is clean and processes are followed in the ATS (Greenhouse). You understand the importance of providing a positive experience for candidates throughout their journey.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting journey, actively sourcing prospects and engaging with candidates. You will pitch and position Thoughtworks as an employer of choice, showcasing its culture and values. You will collaborate with various teams to continually evolve hiring practices, ensuring they align with the organization's inclusive strategy. You will utilize data to inform your recruitment decisions and improve processes, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates. You will also work with communities and recruiting operations to facilitate a seamless flow of interviewers and proactively solve any challenges that arise during the hiring process.
