What you'll do

As a PhD GenAI Research Scientist Intern at Databricks, you will work closely with our research team to tackle open research problems related to domain adaptation for AI systems. Your responsibilities will include adapting and improving existing methods from the literature, as well as designing entirely new methods tailored for enterprise applications. You will compose multiple methods to create efficient post-training recipes and evaluate the performance of LLMs and AI systems in various contexts. Your work will contribute to advancing the capabilities of our AI platform, enabling companies to leverage their data effectively.

You will engage in hands-on research, collaborating with other scientists and engineers to explore innovative solutions to complex challenges.
