What you'll do

As a Senior GenAI Research Scientist on the Scaling team at Databricks, you will define and lead independent research agendas that focus on improving the efficiency of foundation models in training and deployment. You will collaborate with a team of researchers and engineers to develop novel techniques that enhance the performance of AI systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.
