You'll work closely with Global and Regional System Integrators to enhance customer project outcomes. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in professional services.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in managing partnerships and delivering professional services, ideally within the technology sector. Your experience includes building and nurturing relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Regional System Integrators (RSIs), ensuring successful collaboration and project execution. You understand the complexities of big data and AI use cases, and you are adept at navigating the challenges that come with them. Your analytical skills allow you to create data-driven approaches for partner selection and project management, ensuring that the right partners are chosen for large, complex engagements.
You are a strategic thinker who can develop and implement processes that enhance partner engagement and project delivery. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners is key to your success. You thrive in environments where you can influence outcomes and drive initiatives that lead to improved business results. You are comfortable working independently and are motivated by the impact your work has on customer success.
Desirable
Experience in the big data or AI sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with the Databricks platform. You may have a background in project management or consulting, which has equipped you with the skills to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously. A strong understanding of the RFP process and experience in developing templates and scorecards for partner selection will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the Databricks Delivery Partner Program, focusing on building and developing relationships with key system integrators. You will work closely with the Professional Services team to leverage these partnerships, aiming to accelerate customer project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include managing the RFP process for partner selection, ensuring that the right partners are engaged for large, multi-phase migration deals. You will create templates and scorecards to support a data-driven approach to partner selection, enhancing the effectiveness of the program.
You will spearhead efforts to incubate and ramp new partners, particularly those with capabilities in Generative AI. This involves driving Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with priority partners, ensuring that engagements are aligned with company priorities and that both parties benefit from the collaboration. Your role will require you to develop long-term strategies for partner engagement, focusing on building sustainable relationships that contribute to the success of Databricks and its customers.
What we offer
At Databricks, you will be part of a team that is at the forefront of big data and AI technology. We offer a collaborative work environment where your contributions will directly impact our customers' success. You will have the opportunity to work with leading Fortune 500 organizations, tackling complex challenges and driving innovation in the industry. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Join us in shaping the future of data and machine learning.
