Who you are
You have a strong background in managing commercial relationships and operational performance, ideally with experience in logistics or delivery services. You excel in stakeholder management and are adept at data-led decision-making, ensuring that partners meet their contractual commitments and service levels. Your ability to maintain productive, long-term relationships while holding partners accountable is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for analyzing performance data to inform decisions and recommendations. You understand the importance of protecting customer experience and controlling costs while driving continuous improvement across the delivery network. You are committed to exemplifying the company's values and maintaining a pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset.
What you'll do
As a Delivery Partner Manager at HelloFresh, you will own the commercial relationship with assigned Delivery Service Partners throughout the full contract lifecycle. You will support contract renewals, variations, and commercial discussions in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams. Monitoring partner performance against service, quality, and cost KPIs will be a critical part of your role, and you will conduct performance reviews to ensure compliance. You will analyze operational and commercial performance data to inform your decisions and produce clear performance reports for senior stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with Operations, Transport Planning, Finance, Legal, and Health & Safety teams will be essential to support partner performance. You will act as the voice of the delivery network, ensuring that incidents are reported immediately and health and safety concerns are addressed promptly.
