What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Identity & Access Management team, you will lead the development of features related to user identity and lifecycle management, including creation, provisioning, and deprovisioning. You will oversee the implementation of login, authentication, and session management protocols such as SSO, SAML, and OIDC. Your role will involve ensuring secure handling of user-managed credentials and secrets, as well as establishing audit logging across the platform.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define the roadmap for the IAM product. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and driving best practices in software development. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the team.
