What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Identity and Access Management team, you will lead a collaborative team of 6+ members, ensuring that business objectives are met while fostering a positive team culture. You will partner with talent and people teams to recruit and develop your team, focusing on building a user-centric approach to deliver best-in-class solutions. Your role will involve overseeing the production, quality, and delivery of your team's work, ensuring that all components meet the highest standards of security and privacy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to create innovative authentication solutions that enhance user experience across all Doctolib products. You will also be responsible for setting and exceeding performance metrics, ensuring that your team remains engaged and motivated while delivering impactful results.
