You have over 5 years of experience in engineering management, leading teams to design and build scalable software solutions. Your background includes a strong technical foundation in programming languages such as Java and Python, which you leverage to guide your team effectively. You understand the intricacies of search technologies, including keyword-based retrieval and vector embeddings, and are passionate about driving innovation in AI applications.
You possess excellent leadership skills, having mentored senior engineers and fostered a collaborative team environment. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to bridge gaps between engineering and business objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.
