Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience building data infrastructure systems, particularly with Apache Spark, and have a strong understanding of database internals. Your leadership experience spans at least 3 years managing top-tier engineering teams, where you've successfully recruited and developed talent. You are passionate about building high-quality software that is easy to operate and aligns with organizational goals. Your ability to implement product vision and strategy is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Desirable
Experience with ETL workloads and query acceleration will set you apart, as will a deep understanding of data engineering principles. Familiarity with the latest trends in data and AI infrastructure will help you drive innovation within your team.
