Who you are

You have a proven background in B2B marketing and are excited about the opportunity to define and orchestrate the marketing mix to exceed regional business goals. Your experience includes collaborating with sales teams at all levels to drive revenue growth in the field. You understand the modern B2B marketing mix and its impact at a local country level, especially within a fast-paced global SaaS business.

You are adept at localizing global campaigns and supplementing them with local-specific initiatives that align with regional business needs. Your strategic mindset allows you to provide valuable input to the global marketing team, ensuring that local campaigns effectively contribute to overall business objectives. You have a track record of leveraging marketing programs and campaigns to deliver pipeline growth through various performance channels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for marketing effectiveness in the UKI and Nordics regions. You will work closely with the global marketing organization and the regional VP of sales to tailor global programs to fulfill local business needs. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing marketing strategies that drive demand and revenue, as well as collaborating with other teams in the EMEA Revenue organization to support growth initiatives.

You will take ownership of local marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the overall business strategy and effectively resonate with the target audience. Your role will involve analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns. You will also be responsible for reporting on marketing effectiveness and providing insights to the global team to enhance overall marketing strategies.
