You have a strong background in technical architecture and partner engagement, ideally with experience in data platforms and cloud technologies. Your ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and technical teams sets you apart, allowing you to align strategic goals with technical capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and engineering teams to drive partner success. Your experience in developing training programs or technical enablement initiatives will be crucial in this role. You understand the importance of building relationships with partners and have a track record of fostering collaboration to achieve mutual goals.
What you'll do
As a Partner Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of the Data Intelligence Platform among our top partners. You will engage with Consulting and System Integrator Partners to ensure they have the technical knowledge and resources needed to deliver exceptional solutions to their customers. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the Technical Champions program, which aims to enhance partner capabilities and support the creation of Centers of Excellence. You will work closely with Databricks account teams to scope and deliver large-scale data projects, ensuring that partners are equipped to meet customer needs effectively. Additionally, you will provide strategic vision and technical expertise to accelerate partner pre-sales and delivery efforts, ultimately driving the success of the Databricks partner ecosystem.
