Who you are
You have a strong background in AI tooling and system management, with experience in building and maintaining infrastructure that supports high-quality and reliable agent networks. Your expertise in cloud computing and data integration allows you to establish standards for AI-driven development practices effectively. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Field Engineering and Go-To-Market teams, to drive customer engagement and technical demonstrations.
You possess a keen understanding of automation and intelligent workflows, enabling you to enhance internal applications and technical tools that track adoption metrics and measure impact. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders is a key asset in this role. You are proactive in seeking continuous improvement opportunities and are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions.
What you'll do
As a Specialist Solutions Architect, you will architect production-level AI tooling deployments that meet security, networking, and data integration requirements. You will build and maintain internal AI tooling infrastructure for demos, learning, and production workflows across various platforms, including AI-assisted development environments and Databricks environments. Your role will involve collaborating with Solutions Architects and Account Executives to accelerate technical demos and proofs of concept, ensuring that the tools you develop empower the teams to deliver customer outcomes with higher velocity.
You will also be responsible for establishing consistency in the internal AI tooling stack and scaling these capabilities across the department. This includes developing context management systems and supporting tooling that enhances the overall lifecycle of AI-driven projects. You will track adoption metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives and partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement through intelligent automation and AI-augmented workflows.
