What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Real Estate & Workplace (REW) operations for Databricks in the EMEA region from the London office. You will oversee facilities across various locations, including Paris, Munich, Stockholm, Israel, Zurich, and Riyadh, ensuring that each site meets the company's standards for employee experience and operational efficiency. You will manage a support team responsible for internal events and front-of-house activities, including security and food services. Your role will involve collaborating with the International REW team to support projects and programs that enhance workplace operations. You will also maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that the workplace environment reflects the company's culture. Occasional travel to regional offices may be required to support operations and initiatives.
