You have a proven track record in workplace operations management, ideally with experience across multiple regions such as EMEA and APAC. Your leadership skills shine as you cultivate a thriving workplace culture, ensuring that employee services are top-notch and that all operations run smoothly. You understand the importance of maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors, and you excel at promoting outstanding customer service in every location.
Your experience includes managing site budgets and overseeing facilities operations, which allows you to effectively handle the complexities of a diverse real estate portfolio. You are adept at space planning and occupancy reporting, ensuring that all seating assignments are optimized for productivity and comfort. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about creating welcoming workplaces that support employee engagement and satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience in the tech or financial sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with innovative workplace programs that enhance employee experience. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve operations, and you have a knack for identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Places function across EMEA & APAC, shaping the day-to-day operations to support Ripple's growth. You will oversee innovative food programs, efficient mailroom operations, and office relocations, ensuring that all services meet the high standards expected by employees. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing a positive workplace culture that fosters collaboration and engagement among team members.
You will be responsible for managing the real estate portfolio in the EMEA & APAC regions, which includes space planning, occupancy and vacancy reporting, and seating assignments. Your ability to handle budgets for workplace operations will be crucial, as you work to optimize resources and maintain a welcoming environment in all locations. You will also lead an operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all functions are executed effectively and efficiently.
